Stoned Ape, a modern nootropic supplement company founded by Special Forces veterans and high-performance professionals, needed a bold visual campaign to launch and differentiate its product line in a saturated market.
With three distinct product categories — Energy, Focus, and Sleep — the challenge was to create a cohesive yet visually distinct identity for each, without relying on traditional lifestyle models or generic product photography.
The objective was to develop scroll-stopping visuals that:
- Reflected the brand’s psychedelic-inspired, forward-thinking identity
- Communicated mental performance and clarity, not just physical fitness
- Elevated the perception of the product through premium, design-driven imagery
- Created versatile assets for web, social media, and advertising

Solution
Mission Sierra Media led the creative direction and execution of a stylized studio production designed to bring the Stoned Ape brand to life through motion, color, and controlled environments.
Without the use of models, the production focused entirely on visual storytelling through product interaction and atmosphere.
The approach included:
- Custom-built studio scenes tailored to each product line’s color identity (yellow, teal, and pink palettes)
- Use of motion, smoke, and lighting to create energy and depth within static product compositions
- Integration of furniture and environmental elements to elevate the product beyond traditional e-commerce visuals
- Precision lighting and composition to maintain a balance between bold creativity and clean commercial quality
